During his meeting with the leadership of the Yemeni Federation of Chambers of Commerce and Industry and the heads of specialized committees, led by the Federation's Deputy Chairman Mohammed Mohammed Salah, Al-Rahwi noted that there are high-level directives aimed at addressing the challenges faced by the private sector to enhance its commercial, investment, and industrial roles and to stabilize and develop its various activities.
He highlighted that the government will review the issues raised by the private sector and the proposed solutions in preparation for transforming them into actionable projects according to available resources.
Al-Rahwi expressed satisfaction with the performance of the Minister of Economy, Industry, and Investment, Eng. Moeen Al-Mahaqari, who has successfully addressed several private sector-related challenges within a short period.
During the meeting, the Prime Minister received a matrix from the Federation and the Chamber outlining the issues faced by the private sector, their proposed solutions, and the private sector’s agenda for 2024-2025, which includes investments across various fields, taking into account the government's general economic program.

They discussed several investment-related topics in education, agriculture, industry, health, and renewable energy.
They also stated that, in coordination with the relevant authorities, the Chamber and the Federation are preparing to launch a national initiative to promote local products, which will last for three months.
