Under the patronage of His Excellency the Minister of Economy, Industry and Investment, Engineer Moeen Hashim Al-Mahakri, and the Governor of Amran Governorate, Dr. Faisal Saghir Juman, GAI, in cooperation with the Ministry of Economy, Industry and Investment office in the province, organized a Ramadan evening to introduce the benefits of Investment Law No. 3 of 2025 on Saturday evening, March 15, 2025.
At the event, which was widely attended by representatives of the public and private sectors, as well as investors, economic experts and development actors. Dr. Faisal Saghir Juman, Governor of Amran, stressed the importance of investment in driving sustainable development, stressing the commitment of the local authority to provide an attractive and stimulating investment environment for capital in the governorate.
For his part, Mr. Yasser Abdul Karim Al Mansour, Chairman of the General Authority for Investment, stressed the pivotal role of the Authority in implementing the new investment law, simplifying project registration procedures, and providing the necessary facilities to enhance the business environment.
The event included a screening of a promotional film highlighting the investment opportunities available in Amran Governorate, followed by a detailed presentation of the benefits and incentives of the law, including tax exemptions, procedural facilities, and guarantees provided to investors.
The head of the Chamber of Commerce and Industry in the governorate delivered a speech in which he emphasized the role of the private sector as a key partner in development, noting that the new law will contribute to attracting more local and foreign investments, thereby enhancing economic growth in the governorate.
